What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience, 4+ years’ experience with effective change management and Lean Transformational deployments, Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders within complex, matrixed organizations
Nice to Have
Advanced CORE certification (Professional / Expert), or active progress towards, Experience with CI, operational excellence, and enterprise Lean Transformation, Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization, including influencing behaviors and change management, Experience leading large-scale, global operating system deployments across multi-site organizations and SBUs
