Highly developed diagnostic, analytical and conceptual skills; identify and drive creative solutions; practical implementation strategies
Extensive international travel will be required, Passing a Working with Children and National Police Check
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
International Tertiary Education sector experience, driving, developing and implementing international recruitment/sales strategies, managing human, financial and other resources, developing, guiding and motivating teams, High level understanding of international education in Australia and overseas, current challenges facing Australian and foreign institutions, broader internationalisation issues, influencing, developing and implementing policy, adherence to organisation guidelines and/or government legislation, Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, effectively communicate with a range of people across and external to the University, wide range of cultural and social contexts, Sophisticated cross-cultural understanding and awareness, ability to work and represent the university in diverse countries, deliver outcomes to the satisfaction of clients from different countries and cultures, Highly developed diagnostic, analytical and conceptual skills, identify and drive creative solutions, practical implementation strategies, Well-developed marketing, communication, market intelligence skills, skill in using that information to identify business opportunities, Understanding of the international higher education environment, Postgraduate degree or relevant experience

What You'll Do.
Lead international student recruitment strategy development
Ensure alignment with University strategic priorities
Achieve commencing load targets
Drive performance and capability development
Oversee workforce planning and staff management
Manage budget governance
Lead recruitment communications and campaigns
Build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders
Produce strategic reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Lead strategic external partnerships and networks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders; Work across the Engagement other parts of the University; Work with RMIT’s agent network and partners; Build and sustain high-level strategic relationships with internal senior stakeholders
