Lead sourcing projects
Manage request for proposals
Manage Supplier Relationship Management processes
Establish KPI/metric scorecards
Drive annual budget process
Resolve purchasing-related issues
Prepare category performance reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with site departments including engineering, finance, EHS and manufacturing; Work with Global Procurement category leads; Collaborate with category owners on strategy development; Partner with site finance, tax compliance, legal and enterprise operations managers; Collaborate with network procurement operations personnel
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills with all internal stakeholders, senior leadership and suppliers; Communication skills across multiple organizational levels
