What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field, 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated leadership in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives, business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage complexity, and drive results through partnership rather than authority, Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication and executive presence, Demonstrated success operating with autonomy, leading enterprise initiatives, and navigating ambiguity, Candidates must be authorized to work in the U. S.
