Must Have
5+ years experience in TLEE, Experience in or partnering with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Quality teams, Experience developing and deploying global training or train-the-trainer models, Systems thinking, Change management, Stakeholder engagement capabilities, Experience operating in complex, global matrix organizations
Nice to Have
Existing P4/P4-2 with proven delivery and influence with adjacent functions/scope
