What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years’ HR or Talent Management experience, experience in global/matrixed organizations, Demonstrated AI proficiency, ability to leverage AI tools to enhance talent programs, decision-making, and operational efficiency, Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling storytelling that influences business and talent decisions, skills in program management, stakeholder influence, data-driven decision-making, analytical, evaluation, and reporting ability to translate data into actionable insights, Proven ability to design and implement strategic and operational talent management initiatives, Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade in complex, sensitive contexts while preserving relationships, Highly skilled in program and project management, organizational capabilities
Nice to Have
BAS degree preferred, Fluent in additional European languages a plus, Fluent in additional European languages strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Adapting and delivering global talent initiatives across Europe
Supporting day-to-day operations while shaping long-term talent strategies
Adapt and implement global talent programs for Europe
Drive regional talent strategy to support growth
and workforce readiness
Support HRBPs in all talent processes (succession planning
Enable a culture of continuous feedback and development through tools
Use people analytics to identify trends
Drive regional adaptation of global engagement strategies and surveys
Embed EVP into talent programs and translate insights into meaningful actions and communications
Define success metrics and track program impact
Leverage AI and analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent initiatives
