8+ years’ HR or Talent Management experience, experience in global/matrixed organizations, Demonstrated AI proficiency, ability to leverage AI tools to enhance talent programs, decision-making, and operational efficiency, Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling storytelling that influences business and talent decisions, skills in program management, stakeholder influence, data-driven decision-making, analytical, evaluation, and reporting ability to translate data into actionable insights, Proven ability to design and implement strategic and operational talent management initiatives, Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade in complex, sensitive contexts while preserving relationships, Highly skilled in program and project management, organizational capabilities

This role balances global perspective with regional execution, translating global strategies into locally relevant solutions that drive engagement and business impact. The Associate Director supports day-to-day operations while shaping long-term talent strategies to enable regional success and global alignment. **Essential Functions of the Role:** **Talent Strategy & Succession** * Adapt and implement global talent programs for Europe, balancing global consistency with regional relevance. * Drive regional talent strategy to support growth, leadership pipelines, and workforce readiness. * Support HRBPs in all talent processes (succession planning, critical roles, talent reviews) to build strong talent pipelines. **• Performance & Growth** * Enable a culture of continuous feedback and development through tools, frameworks, and coaching. * Use people analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations. **• Colleague Engagement** * Drive regional adaptation of global engagement strategies and surveys. * Embed EVP into talent programs and translate insights into meaningful actions and communications. **• Operational Excellence** * Define success metrics and track program impact * Leverage AI and analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent initiatives. **• Stakeholder Partnership** * Advise HRBPs and business leaders using data-driven insights
