What You'll Do.
Manage financial reporting process
Coordinate annual audits
Review annual and semi-annual reports
Ensure compliance with U. S. GAAP reporting requirements
Review supporting information for SEC Form filings
Prepare supporting information for SEC Form filings
Prepare Board reports
Attend Board of Director meetings
Monitor fund expense ratios
Coordinate with internal teams
Provide general assistance to clients
Conduct performance appraisals
Perform career planning
Administer disciplinary actions
Ensure accurate client billing
Generate internal management reporting
Enforce company policies and procedures

They serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients while leading a team of fund controllers and analysts.
