Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the alternative investments industry, In-depth knowledge of various fund structures (private equity, real estate, hedge funds) and their associated accounting treatments, understanding of relevant accounting standards (IFRS, Lux GAAP, US GAAP) and regulatory frameworks, Proven experience in managing and developing a team of professionals, Excellent client management and communication skills, Proficiency in fund accounting software (e. g. , Geneva) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Fluency in English

Professional accounting qualification (e. g. , ACCA, ACA, CPA), proficiency in French or German
What You'll Do.
delivering comprehensive fund accounting services to a diverse portfolio of alternative investment funds

Oversee the preparation and review of NAV calculations
and investor reporting
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Act as a primary point of contact for clients
Review and approve complex accounting entries
and financial reports
Develop and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements
Participate in client onboarding and new fund launches
Stay abreast of industry trends
and new accounting pronouncements
Assist in the preparation and review of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
