8+ years FP&A, accounting, or finance business partnering, Clinical finance expertise, GAAP mastery, Clinical trial accruals, Journal entries, Reconciliations, Month-end close, Quarter-end close, SOX compliance, Leadership experience, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Nice to Have
MBA, CPA, CFA, or advanced finance/accounting credential, Biotech/pharma experience, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar enterprise planning platforms, Experience with data visualization tools, Curiosity about AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies, Strategic thinking ability
