Must Have

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of direct forecasting experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, Microsoft Excel expertise required

Nice to Have

Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) and a minimum of 3-4 years of direct forecasting experience, pharmaceutical / biotech experience working in relevant therapeutic areas is a plus, Experience in applying data science methodologies to complex quantitative problems, experience with VBA or programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, etc.) is a plus

Develop short and long-range sales forecasts

Provide strategic insights

Incorporate access assumptions

Conduct payer mix analyses

Calculate government rebates

Pressure-test assumptions

Develop forecast scenarios

Explain forecast assumptions

Deliver forecast review presentations

Align US deliverables with Global guidance

Provide monthly performance updates

Provide end-of-month closing deliverables

Revise near-term forecast

Conduct ad-hoc analyses

Assess value of proposed initiatives

Deliver and present analyses

Conduct periodic reviews of key model inputs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Integral partner to the US Dupixent Commercial team; Collaborate with US Dupixent Dermatology team; Collaborate with cross-functional partners; Collaborate with US Dupixent Finance; Collaborate with other US Specialty Care forecasters; Collaborate with Market Research; Partner with Market Access; Partner with US SPC Finance team; Work with Global Dupixent forecasting; Partner with Analytics & Finance colleagues; Collaborate with Commercial & Finance leadership; Conduct ad-hoc meetings with US Dupixent Dermatology brand leads; Work with Finance and Demand Planning; Attend S&OP meetings; Collaborate with US Dupixent Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services and Finance teams; Collaborate with Data Management, Analytics, and external data providers; Work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
