What You'll Do.
Provides leadership for departmental planning
Oversees the university’s third-party facility service contract for custodial

Drives continuous improvement and aligns facilities operations with the university’s strategic goals.
Serves as Campus Security Authority (CSA).
Leads the development of facility management goals and objectives
and executes initiatives by managing project timelines
Oversees University’s third-party facility service contract for custodial

and generates reports to track progress of KPI and facility data
provides performance feedback to vendors and University leadership.
Coordinates with stakeholders on facility outages
and changes in service ensures accurate data capture for contract modifications.
Reviews invoices and payments for accuracy and monitors contract status and deliverables.

Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders seeking feedback to continually improve service quality.
Responds to emergency outages.
Acts as a liaison for facilities services.
Acts as representative of Campus Operations and as valued member of TSU as part of the A&M system and performs other duties as assigned
