What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in capital markets technology environment, Knowledge of equity derivatives products (options, futures, swaps, structured products), Proficiency in business analysis and project management methodologies and tools (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project), Knowledge of trading systems architecture, order management systems and risk management platforms, Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical, Collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to work effectively in team, Proven ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and manage time effectively, Self-motivation with capability to work independently with minimal supervision, Excellent organizational skills with systematic approach to documentation and project tracking, Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, high-pressure trading environment, Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
