What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 10 years’ industry experience specifically related to Engineering Thermoplastics (ETPs), A deep understanding of the petrochemical value chain is essential, Product Management or Product Ownership within a research or technical context—managing a portfolio of deliverables from conception through to client delivery, Proven experience and insights into the Automotive Industry and its evolving material requirements (e. g. , lightweighting, EV thermal management), Degree in Chemical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline -OR- equivalent work experience, Technical proficiency with Python, Power BI, and SQL database management to drive product insights, Advanced economics and analytical skills with the ability to translate "big data" into narrative insights, Ability to build and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships and identify new "product" opportunities in the market, Exceptional presentation skills with the confidence to lead engagements in a conference setting, Direct accountability for the quality, quantity, and strategic direction of your research output
