Minimum 10 years people management experience, robust operations experience in Settlement & Clearing covering Securities & Cash, Adherence to procedures and control processes, Ability to complete ad-hoc tasks and project deliverables by deadlines and achieve performance targets set, Minimal risks events

Degree / Diploma in Business, Finance or related discipline
What You'll Do.
Active management of the EMEA Securities Settlements to ensure optimum processing
quality of service and productivity are achieved
Ensure all daily processing
settlement & clearing tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner while following established procedures and policies
Ensure all funding and liquidity tasks are completed
investigated and resolved in a timely fashion
Preparation & completion of annual & semi-annual Performance Reviews
Conduct recruitment interviews and ensure new recruits have the desired technical skills and attitudes
Ensure all monthly/quartery processes are completed to required standards
Seek to mitigate and minimize risks inherent in the EMEA Securities Settlements processes by following agreed procedures and management oversight
Assist with any preparation of ongoing Audits
either internally or externally
Assist with Projects focused within the team as well as any UAT testing
Look for key areas for improvement and development to ensure a more streamlined department
Excellent communication with team members and encourage development and cross-training within the group to achieve a great team dynamic

**_Job Description_** **What is the opportunity?** To provide business and client support and Management of all aspects of the Transaction Services, including local oversight operational governance. To actively manage a large team for day-to-day risks of the EMEA Securities Settlements department. Ensure leadership and guidance for staff members and develop their abilities within the group.
