Must Have
10+ years of experience in procurement technology, product management, or digital transformation, Proven experience managing enterprise platforms (e.g., CLM, workflow automation tools), understanding of contracting processes and procurement workflows, Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration, Excellent communication and influencing skills in a global, matrixed environment
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
What You'll Do.
Define product vision
and priorities for digital contracting platforms
Align platform capabilities with organizational objectives and Sr Director’s transformation roadmap
and compliance of contracting systems
Lead platform upgrades
and integration with intake/orchestration tools and downstream systems (e.g.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs
Design intuitive workflows and interfaces to improve stakeholder experience
Develop training materials and adoption strategies to maximize utilization
Gather user feedback and implement continuous improvements
Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners
Serve as primary liaison between procurement
and finance teams for contracting technology initiatives
Track KPIs related to platform performance
Provide insights and recommendations to Sr Director for strategic decisions
Ensure contracting platforms adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
Implement controls to mitigate process and technology risks
