ensuring seamless application development, data management, and integration with broader manufacturing systems; driving digital transformation on the shop floor; enabling operational efficiency; supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing processes; Ensure applications are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with manufacturing best practices; Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and analytics; enable actionable insights for operational improvement; Ensure seamless data flow between systems to support end-to-end manufacturing execution; Develop and execute a technology roadmap for shop floor digital transformation; enhance shop floor execution and overall manufacturing efficiency; Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards, data security policies, and company IT policies; support audits and regulatory requirements; Building collaboration with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment and adoption; deliver scalable, high-quality solutions; improve shop floor performance and reliability; Maintaining proactive monitoring and issue resolution for applications and integrations; Driving continuous improvement and innovation through evaluation of new tools and technologies; Ensuring compliance, traceability, and documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements; align technology initiatives with business objectives

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, 12+ years of overall experience in the IT Industry, at least 10 years in the pharma industry working with data, minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team, Extensive experience in shop floor execution technologies, Tulip application development, data management, Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, understanding of manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, and LIMS systems, Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology teams and driving complex projects, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of industrial IoT, digital manufacturing, and smart factory concepts, Experience with data analytics platforms and reporting tools, strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage the technology initiatives for Shop Floor Execution using Tulip
ensuring seamless application development
and integration with broader manufacturing systems
driving digital transformation on the shop floor
enabling operational efficiency
supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing processes
and deployment of applications in Tulip to support shop floor operations
Collaborate with global stakeholders and process owners to translate operational requirements into scalable Tulip solutions
Ensure applications are user-friendly
and aligned with manufacturing best practices
Oversee the collection
and management of shop floor data within Tulip
and availability for reporting and analytics
Partner with analytics teams to enable actionable insights for operational improvement
Drive integration of Tulip with other enterprise systems (ERP
etc.) using MuleSoft and other middleware solutions
Ensure seamless data flow between systems to support end-to-end manufacturing execution
Maintain and monitor integration health
resolving issues proactively
Develop and execute a technology roadmap for shop floor digital transformation
Mentor and guide technical teams in application development
and integration projects
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance shop floor execution and overall manufacturing efficiency
Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards
