**Job Description Summary** The Associate Director, Data Integrations will be responsible for implementing the integration of data across various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration techniques, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** * Leads large‑scale, multi‑year data / platform programs (re‑platforming, migrations, enterprise integrations) * Strong stakeholder influence; comfortable navigating senior forums and moving decisions forward * Operates effectively without formal authority in matrixed, global environments * Can deputize for leadership in governance, steering committees, and cross‑org initiatives * Consulting mindset : frames problems, structures options, and pragmatically executes * Bias for action and outcomes; comfortable operating in evolving or imperfect conditions * Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of data management, data & analytics tools and platforms and product operations.
