Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of relevant experience within construction, mission-critical, data centre, or large-scale infrastructure project environments, Demonstrated experience leading major construction projects or programs, including oversight of multidisciplinary teams, project delivery, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination, client relationship management and business development experience, including supporting pursuits, proposals, and strategic growth opportunities, understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, project governance, financial management, risk management, and operational delivery, Experience leading and mentoring project management teams within fast-paced consulting or project delivery environments, Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
