Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience, Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related client-facing role within the financial services industry, Must have 7 years of transfer agency experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software, Ability to travel periodically to client sites as required
Nice to Have
In-depth knowledge of Interval Funds, Tender Offer Funds, Mutual Funds, and other alternative investment products, Understanding of fund administration services, transfer agency, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
