What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Business, or related field, Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, global mobility, employment compliance, or related functions, knowledge of EMEA employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR compliance practices, Proven experience managing regional or global operations teams, stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment, attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and compliance awareness, Experience developing operational procedures, policies, and knowledge management systems, Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems, Ability to conduct training and present compliance-related topics confidently to internal stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience working in multinational, EOR, PEO, or global workforce solutions environments is preferred, Experience supporting regional expansion initiatives and cross-border operational activities is an advantage

What You'll Do.

Oversee four major operations functions in EMEA

Be the trusted advisor to all stakeholders

Be the owner of our central knowledge base

Be the owner of global employment and mobility solutions

Work with Legal Department

internal stakeholders

Provide key operational and compliance support

and project manage strategic operational expansion

Provide regular training to Sales and Operations teams

Ensure operational processes and practices remain compliant

Drive process improvement initiatives

Monitor regulatory updates and proactively communicate impacts

Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and international mobility operations; stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams; Work with Legal Department, internal stakeholders, and external vendors; Provide key operational and compliance support to internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Service, Employee Relations, and Payroll teams; Provide regular training to Sales and Operations teams
