What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8+ years of commercial real estate experience required, Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Nice to Have
finance, real estate, or economics concentration degree preference, hotel owners, capital markets advisers, investment banks, or financial institutions experience, Hotel capital markets or hospitality advisory experience within the UK or European market, Experience across multiple property types, exposure to both investment and development hotel sector knowledge, CFA, MRICS, or CCIM a plus, Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) a plus
