Operational Management** * Oversee day-to-day operations including planning, monitoring, directing, and evaluating team productivity. * Ensure adherence to departmental and corporate policies and procedures. * Maintain consistent workflow to meet delivery timelines and service level agreements. * Address operational challenges (system issues, resource gaps, emergencies) and implement recovery plans to minimize disruptions. * Actively participate in project launch activities and monitor progress during transition phases. **2\. Work Allocation & Resource Management** * Develop and execute effective work allocation strategies. * Optimize team capacity, including planning for backlog and surge volumes. * Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining productivity and quality standards. * Manage a span of control of approximately **250–300 associates**. **3\. People Management** * Provide on-the-job support, coaching, and feedback to team members. * Drive team engagement, collaboration, and team-building initiatives. * Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment. **4\. Performance Management** * Monitor and manage key performance indicators including productivity, quality, and turnaround time. * Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members. * Support performance management processes including KRA setting, reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). * Demonstrate and drive achievement of performance targets across the team. **5\. Client & Stakeholder Management** * Engage with US clients, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction. * Provide regular updates and performance reports to internal and client stakeholders. * Communicate proactively with leadership regarding risks to delivery timelines. **6\. Domain Expertise** * Strong knowledge of **Accounts Receivable (AR) process
