As the Associate Director, you will lead the design and operationalization of the asset-related information model across the PMIS environment and downstream business use, including information structure, field definitions, validation, control logic, readiness, receiving, and downstream operational use. * Lead AIR (Asset Information Requirements) operationalization, including detailed field-level definition and standardization * Design cross-system information structures, clarifying system roles and data ownership across platforms (e.g., EAM, CMMS, project systems) * Align asset hierarchy structures with business use cases, asset onboarding, and lifecycle management needs * Develop readiness and receiving frameworks, including validation rules, completeness checks, and acceptance criteria * Define downstream business-use logic to ensure asset information supports operations, maintenance, planning, and analytics * Lead Workstream 1 pilot reviews, incorporating feedback and refining frameworks for broader rollout * Integrate enterprise stakeholder i
