**Job Title** :__ Associate Director, Analytics & Forecasting – Hepatitis B Vaccines * **Location:** Morristown, NJ **About the Job** The Associate Director, Analytics & Forecasting – Hepatitis B Vaccines is a hybrid role with 70% dedicated to commercial analytics and insights generation and 30% focused on demand forecasting for Sanofi's Hepatitis B vaccines portfolio. This position serves as the primary analytical and forecasting expert supporting the Hepatitis B commercial organization — spanning pediatric and adult vaccination programs, birth dose initiatives, catch-up vaccination campaigns, travel medicine, and occupational health segments across both endemic and non-endemic markets. The role is fundamentally about transforming complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions across the full Hepatitis B lifecycle — from routine immunization programs and public health partnerships to private market commercial strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical rigor, a strong understanding of immunization program dynamics, and the ability to build and own end-to-end demand forecasts for a portfolio that spans commercial, government, and global public health channels. This person will serve as the analytical and forecasting partner to cross-functional stakeholders — including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global and Hub teams — while also owning the Hepatitis B demand forecast and providing critical data-driven inputs that inform supply planning, brand strategy, and long-range financial planning.
