Must Have
8+ years of experience delivering scientific software, Project management capabilities, Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams, Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, Working knowledge of experimental and computational data, Proven track-record of delivering modern analysis and design capabilities, Ability to translate across scientific, technological, and data stakeholders, Skilled in structured problem-solving, Skilled in experimentation, Skilled in modern delivery practices
Nice to Have
Formal training in project management methodologies, Experience working within pharmaceutical environments, Experience working within biotechnology environments, Experience working within scientific research environments
