Must Have
5+ years of experience in risk management, operations, and/or technology environments, Awareness of AI/ML technologies and associated risks, understanding of governance and risk management concepts, experience working in Operational Risk, Model Risk Management and/or Technology Risk in regulated environments, Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, navigate a matrixed environment, collaborative mind-set, ability to lead without authority, good verbal and written communications, analytical and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have
Professional designation (e. g. , CPA, Certified Internal Auditor), Ability to manage complex projects, meet high-quality standards, deliver under tight deadlines, Ability to design and implement frameworks that balance innovation with control, Proven experience with enterprise-wide projects, sound knowledge of RBC’s business lines and activities, Familiarity with evolving global AI regulatory landscapes
