Define structure for administrative support

Establish and monitor administrative performance

Track key performance indicators

Oversee implementation of new initiatives

Assess operational impacts

Oversees administrative matters

Implement administrative plans

Identify opportunities for process improvement

Lead initiatives to enhance service quality

and monitor administrative policies

Monitor and report presence/absence

Support implementation of IT-related initiatives

Respond to internal auditing

Provide annual report

Manage reporting of administrative affairs
