In this role, you will support product development, stakeholder engagement, market research, customer insight gathering, testing, and documentation across the Participation product portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for: * Supporting the development and delivery of product initiatives aligned to the product roadmap * Assisting in managing and prioritising the product backlog to meet business and user needs * Gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements, ensuring clear communication across teams * Conducting market research and analysing user feedback to generate actionable insights * Coordinating user testing and quality assurance to support successful product releases * Creating and maintaining product documentation, reporting, and communications **About you** To be successful in this role you will: * Demonstrated experience in a related field, with a strong interest in digital products or technology * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities * Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders * A
