This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** * Compile, review, and organize permit requirements in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. * Evaluate project risks and execute strategy to obtain primary development permits. * Draft, review, and organize high-quality and resilient permit applications and supporting documentation including agency data request responses, testimony, briefs, and regulatory compliance filings. * Coordinate internal and external technical support from development, legal, engineering, environmental, and construction teams. * Manage schedules and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. * Interface with government agencies to establish positive relationships and effectively communicate project objectives, details, and benefits. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree. * 3 years of work experience in energy industry or relevant experience. * Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. **Preferred Qualifications** * Juris Doctor, Master of Science, or similar graduate-level degree.
