Must Have

Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art or related field, or equivalent experience, 2+ years of relevant experience in Denim, Non-Denim washed product, Computer design system skills including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Experience in CAD illustration or 2D/3D software, Experience in wash concept, development, and wash review/comments, Knowledge of textiles, denim garment construction/fit, Commercial sense, market knowledge, ability to research and apply market/trend information, Experience assimilating product feedback, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Experience working in a retail or product development environment, Ability to build relationships to successfully work in a team environment, Ability to respond to business objectives with creative, innovative and cost-effective design solutions

Nice to Have

Experience in shared Design tools like Miro board, Canva or similar is a plus, Experience or interest in sustainability, circular design, and eco-friendly washing

What You'll Do.

Owned Brand Product Design and Development

Support and drive concepts throughout the development process

selection of materials

and the creation of silhouettes/form language

Translate ideas for product direction using CAD/hand sketches

Prepare professional presentation boards with illustrations

Support and drive product designs to maintain overall creative direction

Work with an assigned category

The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
