A customer demand forecast which incorporates current and accurate market information that allows the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide its supply chain with the appropriate information to plan how to meet that customer demand.; Improved relationships among demand analyst and supply chain planners, business unit, sales, and finance, which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal consensus forecast to better guide the company.; Refined systems and methods to continually improve forecasts so that the company can better anticipate customer needs.; Execute with excellence in the area of customer replenishment and feedback to the Supply Chain group the opportunities and risks regarding customer replenishment performance metrics.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BSA in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Operations, Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts., experience and knowledge in reporting and analytics such as Enterprise Data Warehouse, QlikView, Power BI, or other software related to data management and analytics, Detail oriented with high regard for data quality/ accuracy and highly analytical, written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills, interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

Nice to Have

Experience in analytics/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in Sales Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain is a plus., Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is a plus, Knowledge of SAP/APO-DP, BlueYonder Forecasting Tool or any other demand forecasting system is a plus., Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus, but not required.

Develop statistical forecast models

Evaluate forecast results

Manage forecast exceptions

Coordinate cross-functional research activities

Reconcile significant variances

Refine the forecast model

Lead BU meetings and consensus meeting

Analyze and flags significant risks

Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach

Generate various demand forecast reports

Manage and initiate continuous business process improvements
