Associate, Deal Desk Role We are seeking a high-performing Associate, Deal Desk to support deal desk execution, pricing strategy, RFP responses, and contract administration. This role is designed for someone with 0–2+ years of experience who is analytically rigorous, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will work closely with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Leadership to ensure deals are structured, priced, approved, and executed efficiently and in alignment with commercial guardrails. Over time, this role will evolve from execution support into ownership of discrete workstreams, analyses, and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a strong foundation in commercial strategy, pricing, deal desk operations, and healthcare technology, with exposure to senior leadership and enterprise customers. **This role is fully remote within the US** What You’ll Do Deal Desk ability to build pricing models, analyze margins, and assess deal economics. Experience tracking and owning contract lifecycle or deal desk KPIs (e.g., speed to execution, approval cycle time) within CRM and/or CLM systems. Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors in legal, financial, or customer-facing documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to balance sales urgency against compliance, risk, and governance requirements.
