Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent, two (2) years of experience executing mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions including equity, composing marketing materials including Confidential Information Memoranda, Management Presentations and managing NDA execution with counterparties, handling the distribution of marketing materials, documenting buyer preparing offering documents including prospectuses and term, performing due diligence, deal structuring, and managing data rooms and investor, preparing valuation analysis including Discounted Cash Flows, Leveraged Buyouts, merger models, precedent transactions and public comparable, preparing financial analyses including operating models, Pro Forma P&Ls, and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses on Saas unit, summarizing and analyzing Business Services tech consumption data to determine business valuation top line, executing transaction constructs including corporate carve-outs, sponsor portfolio company sales, and private company, building and maintaining detailed financial models including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions to assess strategic, conducting market analysis on sector trends, competitive positioning, and financial performance on public and private technology companies and consumer verticals
