In this role, you will support customers using our Supply Chain Risk Management solution, helping them onboard successfully, manage critical supplier and risk data, and gain valuable insights through reporting and analytics. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve queries, maintain data quality, and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports.
