In this role, you will support customers using our Supply Chain Risk Management solution, helping them onboard successfully, manage critical supplier and risk data, and gain valuable insights through reporting and analytics. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve queries, maintain data quality, and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports. Leveraging your expertise in SQL, Excel, and data modeling, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable data that enables customers to identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks effectively. **Responsibilities** * Support customer onboarding activities and manage cases end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience * Handle customer data-related requests, including validation, correction, reporting, and data imports * Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively * Generate insight
