Timely identification and remediation of CSPM and SSPM findings; Clear metrics reporting; High third-party risk assessment completion rates; Audit-ready documentation; Security awareness training completion rates meeting or exceeding organizational targets; Clean IAM hygiene: reduced stale accounts, timely recertification cycles, and access compliance; ServiceNow ticket SLA compliance

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, MIS, or related field — or equivalent industry experience, Minimum 2 years of experience in security and systems administration with Azure cloud infrastructure (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), Solid experience administering Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem including PowerShell, Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity tools and Power BI for reporting and metrics dashboards, Excellent verbal and written communication ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Wiz (CSPM), Adaptive Shield (SSPM), Veza (identity governance), or similar toolsets, Experience with Microsoft Defender suite and Microsoft Sentinel, Familiarity with Linux administration and Python scripting, Experience across additional cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP)

Administer and operate CSPM toolset
Prioritize and assign vulnerability findings
Discover and integrate additional tools
and governance documentation
Administer and operate SSPM toolset
and notification workflows
Identify and remediate dormant users
Produce and distribute security posture reports
Administer vulnerability management program
Categorize and prioritize vulnerabilities
Maintain vulnerability management policies
Maintain policies and procedures for identity and access
Administer access recertification process
Represent Information Security in audits
Operate Third-Party Cyber Risk Management program
Collaborate with procurement and legal teams
Perform annual reviews of provider SOC reports
Work with IT teams to coordinate remediation
Administer and maintain KnowBe4 platform
Develop and deliver awareness programs
Track and report training completion rates
Continuously update training content
Monitor DLP and Insider Threat Management
Monitor systems for anomalous behavior
Participate in change control process
Respond to ServiceNow security tickets
Develop and maintain scripts
resilient enterprise-grade cloud processes
Stay current on evolving threats
Participate in on-call duties

Works closely with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams; Collaborate with procurement and legal teams; Work with Revantage and portfolio company IT teams; Collaborate with architects and system engineers
