What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to customer needs, Aptitude for learning new products and subject matter
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary onboarding guide for new customers
ensuring a smooth and timely implementation experience
Partner with prospective customers who have expressed interest in Justworks
identifying opportunities to deliver early value and support conversion and revenue growth
Monitor onboarding progress through internal checklists to ensure completion of all required steps
Identify onboarding blockers and proactively work to resolve them with internal partners
Triage and respond to inbound customer questions within SLA
Ensure accurate first payroll milestone is met and educate customers on payroll tools and capabilities
Review account setup for accuracy and completeness
Maintain consistent communication through check-ins and follow-ups
Prepare and deliver onboarding completion and handoff communications
Deliver a customer centered onboarding experience
ensuring each customer feels supported
and set up for success
Performs other related duties as assigned
