Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience, Associate's degree and 2 years of experience, Fluent Spanish and English

Nice to Have

French or Portuguese proficiency is a plus, Customer Experience Management, Working Knowledge of OTC processes, Customer-Centric Mindset & Service Orientation, Problem-solving with defined guidelines, Collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional teams, Reliability, accuracy and follow-through, Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing

Enhance customer satisfaction

Process billing activities

Maintain customer relationships

Build working knowledge of OTC processes

Participate in user acceptance testing

Troubleshoot operational challenges

Provide feedback on customer pain points

Support CX objectives

Participate in CX initiatives

Address day-to-day issues
