Must Have
background in copywriting, concept development and integrated global campaigns., Strategic storyteller with the ability to create culturally relevant, emotionally engaging brand ideas., playful creative leadership, communication and presentation skills., Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within agency or in-house environments., Portfolio demonstrating global award-winning creative excellence, storytelling craft and integrated thinking across brand, digital, social and experiential work., understanding of modern media, audience-first communication and platform-native storytelling., High level of craft, attention to detail and passion for creativity and culture., Kind, generous, playful, curious, adventurous, resilient, ambitious.
What You'll Do.
Lead global Masterbrand campaigns across the OESP ecosystem
delivering creative excellence across all touchpoints.
Partner with strategy teams to shape inspiring creative briefs aligned to global business and marketing goals.
Drive integrated global campaigns from concept to execution
messaging and creative direction through a copy-led lens.
Guide creative work across copy
design and content to ensure culturally relevant
fit-for-platform execution.
Mentor and inspire creative teams through collaborative leadership and clear creative feedback.
