What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience as an Associate Creative Director, Advanced art direction skills, Proven experience creating work for beauty, personal care, or FMCG brands at a senior creative level, typographic skills, thorough understanding of design principles, Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and associated prototyping tools, Experience managing the creative adaptation process across diverse brand guidelines and collateral types, Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams, Confident presenting and pitching creative concepts to senior client stakeholders, Skilled at managing competing priorities, Able to build trust with clients and collaborators, Experience integrating Gen AI tools into creative team workflows, Able to apply Gen AI tools to enhance art direction, ideation, and asset development, Experience guiding team members in responsible AI adoption, Agentic approach to creative problem-solving

Role: Associate Creative Director - Art Location: Mumbai, India About the role: This is an opportunity to OLIVER's in-house creative studio embedded with a global FMCG leader, as an Associate Creative Director Art, leading digital-first creative work across an iconic portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. You'll own art direction and creative development across social, performance, and digital channels translating brand strategy into visually compelling, culturally resonant work. You'll bring creative leadership to a collaborative studio team, shaping output from initial concept through to final delivery and helping define what great looks like.
