What They're Looking For.
Must Have
JD degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school, admitted in good standing to practice law in at least one state in the U. S., 5+ years of experience in commercial law, demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and other IT contracts
Nice to Have
in-house legal department preferred, Experience with technology R&D and manufacturing companies, Experience with data privacy laws
What You'll Do.
Advise on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Serve as legal advisor to Supply Chain
Manage risk while enabling business objectives
Support global sourcing
Build relationships with internal stakeholders

Support negotiation strategy
Assist with resolving commercial disputes
Provide support for M&A activities
