The Role We’re looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to be a versatile generalist to support the Legal team on corporate, commercial, product, and employment legal matters. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on corporate governance and commercial contracting, while providing support across all legal functions as needed. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment. What You’ll Do Assist with a broad range of corporate governance and transactional matters (e.g., drafting Board and committee resolutions, managing corporate structure, updating governing documents, capital table management, disclosures and reporting, etc.).
