In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, collaborating directly with senior leadership to support high-impact projects across social media, executive presentations, internal communications, and corporate events. What You’ll Do Lead Project Management: Act as the organizational engine of the team. You will build and maintain forward-looking content calendars, manage project timelines, track deliverables, organize core messaging and decks, and ensure our fast-moving communications initiatives cross the finish line seamlessly. Social Media Coordination: Support our social media lead and help to manage and elevate our corporate social media presence. This could involve assisting in drafting engaging copy, planning content grids, tracking performance metrics, and exploring creative ways to expand our brand's digital footprint. Internal Communications & Community Building: Support internal engagement strategies that keep our global team connected. This includes coordinating internal company Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions, managing logistics for company-wide All Hands, and helping craft internal announcements. Creative & Event Logistics: Run point on the physical and creative coordination for on-site video shoots, podcast production and live streaming, corporate photography, and major brand events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
