THE POSITION: In this key role you will be responsible for the timely review and processing of client and vendor contracts, including but not limited to confidential disclosure agreements, master service agreements, statements of work and amendments. You will have considerable interaction with stakeholders in our commercial, legal, service line and finance teams.
