including issues related to antecedent transactions

Conduct research and analysis to support case strategies

Prepare documentation
including reports and presentations
to assist with client engagements and internal processes.
Support senior team members in case management and client interactions
ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
Participate in drafting legal documents
collaborating with legal advisors when necessary.
Stay up to date on changes in relevant legislation and regulations impacting contentious insolvency.
Engage in professional development activities and training to enhance personal skills and contribute to team objectives.
