What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, operations support, project coordination, security-related administration, consulting support, or similarly structured operational environments, Basic understanding of task structures, risk-based operational planning, and security terminology, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Structured problem-solving and operational mindset, Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management, Basic commercial and financial awareness
Nice to Have
Preferred prior exposure to operational security, secure transportation, embedded staffing, event security, or related security support environments

Coordinate protective services

Maintain project trackers

Ensure timely and accurate administrative close-out of projects
Assist in proposal preparation
Prepare client-facing documentation
Support communication and follow-up with clients
Maintain oversight of multiple requests and ongoing assignments
Ensure timely delivery
operational continuity
and quality standards
Coordinate requirements across internal and external stakeholders
Participate in field-based operational security assignments
Support event security coordination and protective services tasks
Contribute to deliverables such as operational reports
journey management plans
and risk-based recommendations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a central coordination point between consultants, field teams, subcontractors, finance, and clients; Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external partners; Coordinate requirements across internal and external stakeholders
Communication Scope
Prepare client-facing documentation; Support communication and follow-up with clients
Process & Methodology
Support operational projects from initiation through completion, Maintain oversight of multiple requests and ongoing assignments, Ensure timely delivery, operational continuity, and quality standards
