Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), 0–3 years of related experience (substation, electrical, or utility construction preferred), Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, organizational and time-management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow

We execute the full spectrum of electrical infrastructure projects, including greenfield substation construction, brownfield upgrades, transmission, and distribution modernization, as well as emergency power restoration. Our Substation Group plays a critical role in building and maintaining the backbone of the electrical grid—delivering reliable, future-ready infrastructure for utilities and communities nationwide. Position Objective The Associate Construction Project Manager – Substation, under direct supervision, serves as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles. This role must demonstrate an understanding of how the business operates, how changing circumstances are managed, and who to engage for support when needed. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and support internal customer needs.
