What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects, Proven ability to develop, manage, and report budgets for large capital projects, Understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management practices, Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and hazardous materials, Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore, and Smartsheet, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to operate effectively in a global environment, Manage remote projects with minimal supervision, Flexibility for collaboration with international teams
Nice to Have
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Familiarity with LEED, Familiarity with international building codes, Experience with industrial, laboratory, or semiconductor facilities, PMP certification or equivalent project-management credential, Licensed Architect or Engineer in California
