We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. What you’ll do Oversee the construction, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works on-site. Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Lead site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions. Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and resource planning. Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and work schedules. Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of construction activities with project goals and client expectations. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3
