In this role you will get to work on multiple projects and utilize your experience in the project execution process in southern Nevada. . **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Prepares, processes and maintains a wide variety of special engineering studies, correspondence, submittals, records, files and reports pertaining to water facilities construction projects. * Performs difficult and complex field and office engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a waterworks construction projects, including pumping stations, wells, pipelines and reservoirs. * Maintains first-level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards. Reviews Parsons inspectors daily reports as well as any third party inspection reports. Monitors Contractors Quality Control program and reviews quality control reports * Ensures that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures. * Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees. Ensures that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards. * Establishes and maintains liaison with design engineering staff.
